⭐️ Extremely disappointed with Courage Kia in Gastonia. I brought my 2024 Kia Telluride in for a warranty issue. Intake inspection video and notes showed **no windshield damage**. After service, my vehicle stayed on the dealership lot for several days. When I returned, I found a significant crack in the driver’s line of sight that was not there before. Zero stars if it was possible. My son bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler not even a month ago. With in a week Jeep started with the death wobble. They insist the vehicle was fully inspected. They refuse to fix it, extended warranty is trash. Very upset as this is a safety issue. DO NOT BUY HERE

When I brought my car in I was extremely worried, the night before the “engine” light came on. And the car started to run very rough. The young lady that assisted me was very patient and explained everything thing they were going to find and correct the issue. It took a little bit, but right not the car is back to its old self charging down the interstate, not acting like it is stuck in neutral.

Took my 2024 Seltos SX in for my oil change and tire rotation and the associate informed me tbere were 2 software update recalls for my vehicle, which I was not aware of. It gives me piece of mind that the service department tracks and keeps up with recalls and software updates so I can be sure to keep my Seltos in the best condition possible. This dealer/company has no business advertising/selling on-line! I was first to query about an SUV, ready and offering to pay, and they sold it to someone else who came later the same day, making me waste 36 hours in my vehicle aquisition. Pleasant, responsive staff, but no business savvy or scrupples. Also, excessive doc fees. Avoid if shopping on-line... you'll most likely be disappointed.

They immediately told us it needed a completely new engine to the tune of $13000. They charged us two diagnostic fees even though they only quoted us one (I had it in writing in an email from them). After I signed the contract, I took the car to my mechanic, and he discovered that the whole undercarriage was rusted. The muffler, the shock absorbers, the rotators. I will never go back to Courage Kia. I went in for an inspection and to have a sensor replaced. While I was waiting they proceeded to email be a list of "Suggested" services, 12 total for more than $3500. Once I turned that down I was told my car was ready. They never replaced the sensor.

Do not! Do not deal with this dealership if it comes to maintenance or anything recall related. Went to have an engine replacement done due to a catalytic converter problem. Metal shavings in the exhaust. Even though the recall for that year Kia was for an engine rod bearing hole had been wrongly bored. But if it didn't have that problem. Charles Yates I had similar experience over the phone. A vehicle I was interested in is in transit,. I stated I would be interested but without dealer added options. I was told they couldn't sell a car without adding extras. Salesman attitude and comment was well if you don't buy someone else will. They don't get it. I had a great experience with the Kia team Jon Falls has went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. He even came to my wife's work since they do not have a shuttle service and picked up our vehicle for a detail and oil change. I absolutely love my 2022 Kia Sorento plug in hybrid. We average 100 miles per gallon with a third row seating. We love the fact the car drives itself. Thanks Kia for selling me the best car I ever had.

Staff were very friendly. However, I scheduled service for an safety recall (2) affecting the HECU/ ABS system. It was time for an oil change and inspection so I requested those and I requested a tire repair. Their inspection revealed that the rear brake pads needed replacement so I agreed to that. My bill came to $560. I paid it and got in my car only to find that the ABS, traction control and tire pressure lights are still illuminated on the dash. I’m 60yrs old and been buying cars for years.This has been the worst experience of my life. Dishonest. Watch for the bait and switch. Buyer beware! Make sure you look at everything carefully in daylight. Read and question every inch of the contract. Don’t be fooled by kindness. Do your due diligence. That was my mistake.

They screwed me I traded a vehicle in decemeber 2020 and they were supposed to be pay it off and here I am having to make two car payments because they have yet to pay off the vehicle that was traded in. I'd suggest finding another dealership before dealing with them

What an unbelievable waste of time. My daughter went to the dealership because of course you MUST come in to get the deal we were promised on the phone. Apparently, if these people are to be believed the car was already sold or moved to another dealership at least five days ago.Of course, they were not sure for the first 90 minutes while you sit around wasting your time. My wife had to have our vehicle towed to this dealer, a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid because of a supposedly faulty safety plug in which needed to be replaced and they didn't have. This is an ok dealership to purchase a car from. I just wish they were more upfront and explained the paperwork thoroughly so the customer will understand what they are signing. This would be my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. You will still be there 4 to 6 hours before you even get in the room to sign your contract. They advertise "ALL NEW KIA of GAstonia" Nothing can be further from the truth. First the facility is old dirty and cramped unlike other Kia dealers in the area.
