was sold a used car from Courage KIA. They said everything was checked out on the car. After I signed the contract, I took the car to my mechanic, and he discovered that the whole undercarriage was rusted. The muffler, the shock absorbers, the rotators. He said it had been in water somewhere and that the car was going to need a lot of money to fix. I will never go back to Courage Kia. I went in for an inspection and to have a sensor replaced. While I was waiting they proceeded to email be a list of "Suggested" services, 12 total for more than $3500. Once I turned that down I was told my car was ready. They never replaced the sensor.

He even came to my wife's work since they do not have a shuttle service and picked up our vehicle for a detail and oil change. I absolutely love my 2022 Kia Sorento plug in hybrid. Staff were very friendly. However, I scheduled service for an safety recall (2) affecting the HECU/ ABS system. It was time for an oil change and inspection so I requested those and I requested a tire repair. Their inspection revealed that the rear brake pads needed replacement so I agreed to that. He sent us back to Kia of Gastonia and again failed it! They then called the dmv inspector to come down just to tell him they weren't going to pass it! What it amounted to they wanted is to spend $150 for a belt I didn't need! I will never takes car back nor will I shop there again!!
